The children in Class 5 enjoyed an afternoon starting their new Art project: Hapa Zome. 

Hapa Zome is a form of natural dyeing where plant matter is pounded onto fabric to transfer pigments and create a botanical print. The Japanese word "Hapa Zome" means "leaf dye". This technique allows for the creation of vibrant, unique designs by harnessing the natural colours of plants.
